Each week, a sample of 10 fish was collected from each treatment and replicate tank. The sampled fish were cleaned, and surface moisture was removed using a clean, dry cloth. Subsequently, each fish was measured for total weight and length to assess growth parameters. The indoor plastic tanks used as experimental units (Figure 2). Prior to stocking, the tanks were thoroughly cleaned using a sponge and clean water to remove any debris or contaminants. During the experimental period, water in each tank was completely replaced four times per week to prevent algal growth, maintain water quality, and ensure adequate levels of dissolved oxygen for the fish. 2.5 Water quality monitoring Water quality parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, and temperature were monitored using a water quality meter, and the corresponding values were recorded regularly throughout the experiment.
