3.6 Scanning electron microscopy
Duodenal l samples from each experimental group on
PND21 were taken for scanning electron microscopy
and were fixed in 3% glutaraldehyde in 0.1 mol/L
cacodylate buffer, pH 7.2. Dried specimens mounted
on aluminium specimen holders with double-sided
adhesive tape were coated with gold in a Polaron
sputter-coater.
3.7 Statistical analysis
SPSS13.0 was used for the statistical analysis. The
data were expressed as mean ± SD, and were
analyzed by one-way ANOVA, followed with post
hoc test for the multiple comparisons. Differences
were considered significantly at
P
< 0.05 level.
